這個酒店給我全程留下最好的印象，就他的地理位置非常好，就在市中心，如果説你又停車的話就停這裡就可以走路到達各個景點就非常方便，就第一個第二個和他的那個早餐呢，早上非常豐富，而且很多的小包裝的可以打包這一點，我覺得非常人性化早上的豐富程度超過我之前訂的謝爾頓所有的這些酒店的早餐，就是洗衣房，洗衣房也非常給力，有舞台洗已經五台烘乾機，這是我入住的這麼多酒店裡麵最完善的一個，而且呢，他是免費的，這非常臟，不僅這個是有免費的媳婦，還可以有這種免費洗衣盆不修我的額外自己去準備，那麼整體來講，他這個房間的房型也非常大兩個床之後還是綽綽有餘，很大的客廳煮飯，煮菜這些都方便的，但是有一點要特別注意的就是他的酒店幾乎按他的想法，所有的房間都是無法開窗的，如果對開窗有有偏執要求的，那你訂的酒店有考慮其他的我都非常滿意

This is a cheap and cheerful hotel in the heart of downtown Ottawa. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful, willing to bend over backwards to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms are surprisingly large, and even though they are oddly laid out (this must have been an apartment building at some time in its past) and the style is not at all modern, they are clean and have virtually everything you could possibly need, with extensive balconies showcasing some of the best of the city. The continental breakfast offerings are some of the best I've ever had; fresh. plentiful, varied, tasty, and available for a reasonable duration of time every morning. There is even parking onsite; the only drawback is that it's paid parking, and not cheap at that, but considering its location it's some of the best prices in the city. I have been twice now and I will come back as often as I can!

Fast and friendly check in. For those that drive there are indoor and outdoor parking spots at the same cost which is an added bonus. Breakfast was far more than I expected and they even have little take away baggies you can grab if you plan to be out and about all day. They had juice, cookies, and snacks for your travels. I was very happy with my stay.

청결도나 위치, 서비스, 시설 전부 좋았으나 체크아웃한 지 거의 2주가 다 되어 가는데 아직 보증금이 환급되지 않았습니다. 호텔 이메일 주소도 표기되어 있지 않네요. 인터넷 전화는 가능해서 연락해보았으나 영어에 익숙하지 않다 보니 제대로 이해하지 못했습니다. 캐나다 다른 호텔들은 체크아웃 다음날에 보증금 결제가 취소되었는데 여기만 왜 이렇게 늦는 걸까요. 문제가 생긴 건지 아니면 단순히 취소되기까지 시간이 걸리는 건지 이유를 알 수가 없어 답답허기만 합니다. 도대체 언제쯤 환급받을 수 있을지 궁금합니다.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the room is full of amenities including a pc in case you need. The room was clean and new, bed could have been a bit more comfortable. In any case I really recommend.

嗯，房間裡設備齊全包括電腦桌和電腦，還有燒水壺，反正感覺住到了首都招待所，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，洗衣服free，走路去國會山，旁邊就是一條食街，鬧中取靜，基本上無可挑剔。停車費25刀，不過擋不住來入住的人。超預期的滿意，除了住客比較多之外。

미니 스위트룸 예약했었는데 예상보다 공간이 넓고 편안했습니다. 다만 전체적인 룸 분위기와 바닥에 깔린 카페트가 어두워서 청결한지는 모르겠어요... 벌레도 봤어요..ㅠ 위치는 관광지에서 도보로는 조금 먼 느낌이에요. 조식 공간은 넓었는데 생각보다 많은 사람들이 이용하고, 다행히도 순환이 빨라서 금방 앉을 수 있었습니다. 심플하지만 맛있었고, 바쁜 사람들을 위해 간단한 키트도 마련해둔 점은 굉장히 센스있다고 생각했습니다 아 프론트 직원들도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 결론: 청결에 예민하면 비추, 무던하면 가격대비 나쁘지 않아 추천합니다.

Booked a signature suite for 3 adults and the room was perfect. It was huge and well-equipped. If you needed extra towels or amenities such as shower gel, you could get them from the corridor. There’s also a gym and a laundry room. Breakfast was included, which offered juice, fruits, cereal, and burgers.
